A New Year, A New Mission – Another Good Dog™

Today I am promoting fellow dog-blogger, Cara Achterberg. She is doing what she is able – and so much more, with her nonprofit organization OPERATION PAWS FOR HOMES, and now, her 2020 initiative, WHO WILL LET THE DOGS OUT.

It is 2020, and the world is in a predicament but that does not mean good people should just sigh, throw up their arms and move on. There are needs everywhere, from the Australian bush fires decimating wildlife, climate crises, the homeless, refugees and migrants, and just as desperate, the numbers of animals in shelters from rural to urban communities. As someone whose animals have come from shelters nearly my entire adult life, I respect those who have stepped up to help dogs. Read about these programs in her blog and how you can help, here.
