When you wish to sleep at night,  do not take a supplement that is for exercise boosting stimulation, known as a “pre-workout”, late in the afternoon.

And particularly, do not drink a cup of strong coffee at 6 PM, because you are still tired and will be attending a class at your church that evening.  Asked to do a closing prayer for our fellowship,  I knew “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength”.  Boosted with a little caffeine.

But, if there is a bright side to all this.  I have done all my stretching exercises overnight.  Flip! Flop!  Flip!  Flop!

Thursday will be a rest day.  After I get through the work day.
