I heard a radio report this week that rated large cities by the number of hours people spent yearly in traffic. Apparently, San Diego did not make the cut. They must take surveys on Mondays. I can feel myself age, watch buildings along the freeway corridor take shape, and note toddlers mature into high school graduates during the remaining four days of the work week.
